Candlelight and Moonlit Ski's and Hikes

In recent years, several
Wisconsin's
state parks offered two unique winter activities: the Candlelight Ski and
Hike, and the Moonlit Snowshoe Hike. At these nighttime events, you can
hike or cross-country ski on their torch-lit trail, or in some cases, be led
through the woods by a naturalist. The parks set up warming
shelters--some featuring fireplaces, bonfires, or campfires, and offer
refreshments to help you thaw out. What a great way to make winter special, not
to mention help you stay fit!

past; a schedule of events will be posted when that becomes available:
