Outdoor and nature-based yoga programs offer

potential benefits. Since nature is familiar territory to most of us,
maintaining nature as a focal point can make an introduction to yoga that
much more enjoyable for curious newcomers. For those who already have
some experience with yoga, connecting with nature can become a gratifying
extension of their current practice. In return, yoga can help amplify
one's enjoyment and connection with the outdoors through its emphasis on
creating a more mindful existence. One way or another, fusing yoga
with nature is one great way to escape stress, invigorate the body, and
