Heading out from a video shoot; when my "camping" sweatshirt is zipped,
you'd never suspect I have a colorful "yoga" outfit on underneath.
Taking in the scenery
before a video shoot.
On the set of,
"Introduction to Yoga:
Gentle, for Extreme Beginners"
Pre-production
grunt work. Yup, I set up my own stage, too!
The
answer to the question, "Do you cross paths with other hikers on your video
shoots?"

We're delayed, and I'm thrilled.
Actually, look for two "waterfall' clips from this outing in the
opening theme that starts each video.

An on-location change of wardrobe (yes, I am wearing shorts underneath that shirt!)
Staying in shape isn't so tough when it's the just two of us carrying this stuff to our video shoots!
The cover photo for "Yoga Basics..." was shot here. I am walking down the beach to get set up for the photo shoot.
Cameraman Dan
on location in a southern Illinois swamp.
As I wait for Dan to call, "Action!" I'm intrigued at a daddy longlegs. Since the scene involved leaning back against the rail, I think it eventually got caught in my hair!
"Look! Some....natural thing-y!" Hey, I never claimed to be a naturalist.
Meet Taz, the official Tree of Fitness mascot,
accompanying us on the outing which produced the "background" photo behind the opening theme's Emerson quote.
The bare essentials for hiking to a video shoot in the swamp.

Waiting "in the wings": Evamarie reviews her notes just before being
introduced to present a 1-day yoga workshop to eager students.
